- Proof of status (such as a valid campus/student card or PhD contract) is required during registration for student or member categories.
- Early-bird rates apply until May 15, 2026. Ad-hoc registration tickets are not eligible for early-bird discounts.
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled securely via the conference platform.
