| Confirmation of your Registration: When accessing the online registration system, you will be asked to provide your personal details and then proceed to the registration page. You will receive one email confirming your username and password for the online registration system, and another one once you complete your registration with a recap of the requested services. Please note that this is NOT confirmation of your registration. Please keep your username and password as it will allow you to return to the online registration system to check your registration and retrieve your confirmation letter. Once payment is confirmed and registration is processed your confirmation letter will be available in your personal area in the online registration system. You can access the system using your username and password.

Free Participant Substitution If you can no longer attend, you may appoint a replacement participant at any time, free of charge. If you require a visa to enter the Netherlands, be aware that the application process can take several weeks or even longer. We urge all participants who need a visa to start the application process as early as possible to avoid any delays or complications.
Note that Delft is a popular touristic destination, especially in the spring and summer months. We strongly recommend booking your accommodation well in advance, as hotels in and around the city may fill up quickly.
