Thank you for contributing to Soft Soils 2026. Please read the information below carefully and complete the required actions before the conference.

1. Presentation

All accepted contributions have been selected for oral presentation as included in the preliminary programme.

Each presentation lasts 10 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion. 

2. Complete your speaker profile

Once you have been added to the conference programme, your existing Soft Soils 2026 account will be updated with speaker access.

Please log in using the same email address and account used for your conference registration. You do not need to create a new account.

Go to Update Profile and complete the following information:

Please also check that your name, title and organisation are displayed correctly.

The information provided in your speaker profile will be published on the Soft Soils 2026 website

3. Upload your presentation

The presentation upload function will become available once the final programme has been published and the presentations have been linked to the corresponding speaker profiles in Dryfta.

Speakers will be informed by email as soon as the upload function is available.

How to upload your slides (once the full program is online)

1. Log in to your Soft Soils 2026 account.
2. Open your Speaker Dashboard or presentation area.
3. Select your presentation.
4. Upload your presentation slides in the designated upload field.
5. Click Save or Submit to complete the upload.

After uploading, please verify that the correct file is displayed. You may replace your presentation with an updated version before the submission deadline.

4. Presentation format

Please prepare your presentation using the following specifications:

• Preferred file format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) and or PFD.
• Please use as aspect ratio in your presentation 16:9.
• For your convenience, you can find here the logo, title and date of the conference; Logo.pptx

5. During the conference

All the presentations will be uploaded onto the conference laptops. 

Please arrive to your session room 15 minutes before the start to check your presentation and to introduce yourself to the session chair.

• You cannot access the speaker fields
• Your presentation is not linked to your account
• You experience difficulties uploading your presentation
