Sponsorship packages


Sponsorship package selection & registration (Dryfta)

To confirm your sponsorship, please complete the registration via the Sponsorship Packages page:

  1. Open "Sponsorship Packages" and select the package/tier agreed with the Organising Committee.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your company and billing details.
  3. Choose your payment method and complete the order. After checkout, your sponsorship is confirmed.

After checkout: upload your sponsor content

Once your order is confirmed, you can upload/update your sponsor profile content via your Sponsor Dashboard:

  • Company logo and company name
  • Website URL
  • Short description (shown in the Sponsor Lounge listing)
  • Sponsor banner (optional): recommended 1920 × 480 px (JPG/PNG)
  • Company video (optional): provide a video link or upload (if enabled)
  • Product flyer / PDF (optional)

What will be shown to attendees
The information you upload (logo, website, description, banner, etc.) will be displayed on your sponsor page in the Sponsor Lounge on the online platform.

To cover payment processing and administrative costs, a fixed administrative fee of €34.79 (5.2% of the average registration fee) is charged per registration. This fee applies to all payment methods (credit card, online payment and bank transfer).

BlueBox Events BV is the Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for Soft Soils 2026 and will handle all financial transactions related to this conference.

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, please transfer the full registration fee in EUR using the bank details below. Your registration will remain pending until the payment has been received.
